Owen has over 12 years of experience in real estate. He originally started his legal career while in law school working for a AM 100 law firm during the day and going to school at night. In 2008, Owen went to go work for one of the largest real estate law firms in the United States and through hard work and grit, he became a managing attorney overseeing over two dozen attorneys.

Later, Owen took a job as a managing attorney at another major real estate law firm and rose up the ranks again to Director of Legal Operations overseeing three offices and over 30 attorneys. Owen is known throughout the industry for his high business acumen. In 2015 he grew tired of growing everyone else’s business and founded Sokolof Remtulla, LLC. Shafin joined shortly thereafter, and together Owen and Shafin have grown Sokolof Remtulla to a GSE approved law firm with offices in Greenacres and Orlando Florida. The firm has a broad range of clients, from individual investors to publicly traded corporations.

Seeing an opportunity in the market, Owen co-founded Orange Palm Title, LLC to provide direct service for our institutional clients and to provide retail closing services throughout Florida.

Owen is a 2007 graduate of Barry University School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar. He resides in Lake Worth with his wife and two children.
